Nothing better imo.

Comfortable for hours on end, nice flat response across the range, great isolation (but not TOO much)
2nd that

i use sennheiser hd200's

a mate has the headphones here http://www.beatsbydre.com/

Ignoring the name/commercial enterprise or whatever of dr dre, the sound quality on these headphones is utterly ridiculous but they're expensive very expensive.!

I have heard those sound liek utter shite. I would stick with companies like AKG, Sennhieser, Ultrasone, Beyerdynamic, etc when it comes to cans. Don't fuck with your ears.

my only minor minor regret is not looking into it a bit more and getting the hd 25-C II's with the 3mm coiled cable and a straight jack plug.

Really comfortable, nice flat response, sick low end and not fiddly like some of the ones with swivelly cans or too chunky like some of the others in a similar price range.

plus get the version with the coiled cable and you can move around with them on without having a huge cable dangling around and getting tangled up.
:P

HD25-s make a good all round choice.

They can be found here

http://www.thomann.de/gb/index.html

cheaper than any UK stores, and also they sell cables and stuff!?!

heres a more exact link:

hope that helps

I always have trouble with the coiled cables. Straight cable for me!
