I think its just a bit weird that you are claiming its an Eastern Jam remix when you've only sampled the same tune.
Maybe if you'd called it a different name and put in the tune description that you've used the same sample as Eastern Jam then it might have caused less negative responses from certain people (less fun I know, but still)

Still no reply from C+S, presume they've decided to leave things as they are. Even if they did have rights to the sample is it illegal for me to give away copies?

i really like this tune, its a different feel than i expected but definitely a big tune. Chase and Status probably had issues because of its name but had they listen to the track they would have realized its a completely different. Big ups on all your recent tracks nothing but fire from what ive heard, cant wait to see what you come up with next.
320 would be much appreciated

c+s are a couple of wieners if they ask you to "not upload anywhere to the internet" a tune which you used the same sample as they did.
i would love a 320

is the original sample called eastern jam? cause C&S might be a little miffed you called it a remix of "eastern jam" (which is their tune obviously), when in actuality it isnt..
if your not selling it, theres not a whole lot they can do other than get mad that you're cashing in on the success of their tune.
were you selling it somewhere they could take legal action.
aside from all that, nice tune!
