Regardless of the strain / density of the bud, you should've most certainly been able to tell it was shorted just by looking at it.

Yeah, it's definitely habit forming if not "physically addictive". The interesting thing I find with weed is that I associate it with certain activities... I have a smoke most days, but if I do something where weed just doesn't factor in, I don't miss it in the slightest.... but I automatically skin up as soon as I doubleclick on Ableton or push the button on the Playstation and if I'm in a nightclub I always fancy one!

This. The hash bars round the East End tend to sell green in 10s or 20s... if you ask for an 1/8 they correct you and say "We've only got 10s and 20s".

Inflation hits everywhere! How long's it been £20 for an 1/8? Think about what you used to be able to get for £20 when you first started paying that!
