No mention of Rustie or Joker yet?

To pick one all time absolute best is hard as... but, in terms of leaving a mark and production quality coupled with great tunes Joker definately gets a vote from me. Every tune is a classic, well produced and although they all sound similar in his style, boundary pushing in its own way.
Rustie is right there too, although his consistancy isnt quite as up there with Joker. He has done a few tunes that have completely change the game IMO, especially the "Black Blocks" remix - almost a year old and still making innovative peoples' playlists.
Jamie Vex'd new shit is mindblowing to me. Simply mindblowing.
The Widdler gets my vote too.
For longevity, and for giving back to the scene, not just with his music, but his label and opening the scene's eyes to new things at the right time (IMO)... Scuba.

Wow no one mentions Toasty yet? Honestly to me there isn't just one best evar producer. I just don't look at shit that way. If I had to pick one though it would be Toasty. His tunes are what drew me into this crap in the first place. Never was disappointed with him... until I found out we was not going to make dubstep anymore

Let me put in a vote for abZ before we get carried away. abZ - Midrange Cake - Forthcoming on Alpaca Recordings is the best dubs... best TUNE ever written. Coming on cassette and real audio. Look for it.

It's Skream....and no he's not fading.

In 50 years history books will speak of Skream.

I love Joker, Distance, Bar9 and Reso and all that but I'm really suprised there has been that much debate on the topic.
