why can i never get rinse working, someone help, basically i try opening it into windows player and it just fails to open or says something like cannot format or some shizzle, im not a happy chappy

yeh this is really strange ive tried using itunes finding the radio channels and all that, get to rinse and it doesnt even load the music, every other station works except for rinse, quite annoying.
