ahem. erm. well, no offence to Synkro but i'd suggest it's a little too similar. it's an issue all producers need be wary of...
1 thing that really winds me up is ppl telling producers what they should or shouldn't produce - my advice to producers is to do write WHAT THE FUCK YOU LIKE and don't listen to those who suggest that certain sounds are off limits. How are you ever going to find your own sound if you don't try out your own interpretation of other ppls sounds? Most of Burials tunes are unplayable (for most djs) so a lot of ppl are thankful that someone is doing something similar yet useable - I'm a lot more interested in the actual tunes than anything else I couldn't really give a fuck if x sound like y as long as x is writing good music.

I dont think Synkros stuff is that similar to Burial anyway (mabeye a few early releases were quite similar but who gives a fuck really that sound has hardly been touched by anyone) and he's versatile not a one trick pony like many producers so maximum respect to him. I didn't see anyone having a pop at Skream when he said he'd written a batch of Burial style tunes so why mention it with Synkro?

Synkro is one of the best and versatile producers in the game. Not a single dissapointing release under his belt.
Franctly the only similarity I find is the use of garage vocal samples...

Could'nt of put it better myself :)

I lost all respect for blackdown when he was on here ranting abut synkro apparently ''Copying' Burial's style, so to speak - which is complete and utter bullshit, and anyone who thinks that is simply an idiot.... end of.
