the thing that frustrates me the most is the constant re-telling of ket-tales whist on ket. doing more ket talking about ket waiting for your ket to kick in. so u cant talk anymore.

I saw the downfall of ketamine used in the dubstep seem and the way how people class it with dubstep as strawberrys and cream. ive spoken to people about it and they say how everything sounds better on it, but apprently it muffles sounds ? how does this make things feel better other than walking around the room like a space man in a time machine.
ketamine has destroyed some nights i have been to , but seeing that i also noticed where did the violence go ? i have notseen any violence in a dubstep night for aslong as i can remeber, how ever going to a drum and bass night to see people on mephadrone, vexed at each other. i no which night i would rather be at. but how it has become socially acceptable is beyond me. it will never be a downfall just a turn on music

Personally, I don't think that ketamine is going to ruin dubstep, it's the people who will. It's also the certain types of people who are taking the drugs. I hate to stereotype but I feel strongly that the wrong people who don't appreciate the music are becoming increasingly aware of dubstep, and they don't know anything about the genre, they just wanna get mangled.

I was just at Bassnectar a few months ago and I found out that about half the people that were at that show didn't know that Bassnectar was the artist, they thought that was the name of the show. They didn't even know what was being played, they were just there to get high and screw around. The venue itself may also have played a part in it but nonetheless most of them were plowed and didn't even know what was going on. I have a huge love for dubstep and bass and just the wobbly sound altogether and I do take ketamine at shows too. But it doesn't muffle the sound for me, I usually do some "cake" which keeps me up and keeps me dancing. Ketamine makes me feel the music, while cocaine will keep me dancing till I hit my bed at home.

And tbh, most of the dubstep artists themselves are completely wasted while making their tracks aswell. And if your going to be complaining about ketamine, what about all the ecstasy going around at shows? Imo being on K is much better then being on pressed pills which are dirty and pointless anyways.
