Right,
I've been listening to a few tracks from various people here, and once again the feedback starts here.
Planta- I like the beat programming, however, you could do with some stronger melodic hooks to drag listeners in. There are some promising ideas and the overall sound is nice and polished.
Ketamine- You asked for some feedback mate, well your track is not bad at all, i reckon you could just do with varying your drums a bit, a few stutters, slow downs and general filter changes can work wonders. The tune itself is actually quite subtle. That's a good thing. It sounds kind of 'whispery' to my ears.
Deadly Habbit- the two Drum and Bass tracks 'Alien Abduction/Remember' are quite cool in a mad Squarepusher kind of way. The way you handle the breakbeats is really good, and the levels sound just about right.
Whilst i'm here, can i say i'm getting a headache listening to loads of wobble and aggressive basslines tearing through my 'earoles, could i ask for a few tunes that don't follow this format. It's getting hard to judge peoples work objectively when the bassline all but drowns out the rest of the track. Pretty please!

I wonder what the ratio is for people who ACTUALLY READ THE FUCKING THREAD RULES and people who don't..
This thread really isn't worth bothering with, I reckon I get less replies here than in the dubs forum cos everyone just posts their link then fucks off.

alright then, medeivals on your virb; i quite liked it, its a cool idea. some of the bass sounds sounded abit to loud but the sounds were good. i thought the melody was pretty weak though, you could do something more creative with the high synth. overall a good track though.

too much goin on mate!
let the beat breathe!!
with house u are allowed to let a drum loop + audio play for 32 bars with little change
edit: too much reverb on the vocal too - the beats got potential though keep it up

Agree with D+ on this one , i think it would sound better if you just let it play out for a lil bit instead of all the changes involved , overall though its a good track though ,
by the way if i dont give feedback on everyones its because my internets playing up a bit and some of the sites are working for me atm,

nice one, like posted before open hihat is a bit to loud but aside that not much wrong at all. i do think when the hihats go to the offbeat bit a 1:20 the beat loses some shuffle. good tune

@ Keggah - Had a listen to 'My Outlook' on your myspace, really enjoyin the chilled vibe of it man. Just a thought, but when the wobble bass kicks in again after about 1:40 or so, it might be good to introduce another little idea to the tune, maybe a different melody line? Just to give a bit of variation and tie off the end of the song nicely.
Subject One is a good heavy tune, the drop's sweet. the variation in the mid-bass/wobble is good, but it sounds to me like they're all at slightly varying volumes.. to get the full impact of the drop you need to make sure they're each as powerful when they kick in if you get me?
@ Lowpass - Broke Island - The key change really took me by suprise! Not very often you hear changes like that in this sort of music. One thing i'd look at is making the drums a bit more aggressive/frantic when the key change kicks in, almost as if it's building up to when the single lead line drops and ends the track
I've just put up my first attempt at a remix, a tune by Jazzanova called I Can See, any feedback would be much appreciated...
