Depends on what? condition the specimen was in. where? The specimen was found such as in the Artic. And If the specimen was ever taken out of it’s Icy grave when transported to the Berlin Museum. Dinosaur fossils are found all over the world all in different condition. If they are found in the Artic or Antarctic where the temperatures are well below 0 than it may be possible to find dinosaur fossil’s with some or all tissue still attached to the bone.
