Every now and then i go days where my only emotion is hate, everything i see or hear about i hate. This is one of those days. I know full well that in a while i will be normal again and not hate everything but its fucking annoying.

nah although i have thought i might be cyclothymic for a while, i do get 'depressed' reasonably often and have manic periods but as far as i can tell not much worse than the average person. Never been bad enough to seek help, yet.
