that is so weird I think I've been with my girlfriend for like 7 years or smthng we have never ever had any sort of occasion for our "anniversary"

tbh I've never understood the whole concept. soo you reward each other for tolerating each other for yet another horrible year or what. I mean how do you pinpoint the exact date that your relationship started?

at the end of the day tho, its nice to be in a relationship that doesn't need to be papered over by 'romantic' gifts (not that there's anything wrong with romantic gifts tho).

To explain the gym membership more, she's a student and cant afford it, and value's her fitness/ esteem she gains from it a lot, so its actually a pretty essential present, as bad as it sounds ha.
