I am really enjoying this firday, just found out that I got a space on the first aid course. So the company is paying to send me on a £500 course which takes me out of the office for next week for 4 days!

Congrats Gash. I'm drinking a large Costa hot chocolate. How the fuck do people get through one of these every day?

Also staring at the coffee machine in the hope that one of the boys may be inspired to get off their bums and make a pot.... I just know that if i do it, that the minute i turn my back to get a mug out - they'll pounce on it and drink it all

I may do it and lock myself in the kitchen on my own for the amusement value - just wave at them through the window while sipping on a classic dara brew special

Reading will probably take place, finish of watching Heat, do some weights, go to town with a mate this afternoon, spend too much time on the Internet, might cycle if it doesn't rain, play some GTA IV. Ray Mears is on, but I feel more comfortable in front of the computer as opposed to the TV .
