Me too man, first time ever, it was like 3 nights ago. Fucking horrible. I also couldn't distinguish between sleep and waking, and at one point, I was certain I was awake, but unable to move, but then I kind of woke up again. Fucking horrible. Didn't help that I heard the sound at my door that I heard the night this dude on pcp tried to break into my place and I had to use a hand gun in self defense. This scraping jangling at the door. Trying to get up to protect my girl, couldn't move. Really horrible.

I'm only having that after experiencing a lucid dream.

Yeah, I've had this, feels like you're frozen to the spot. Sometimes feels like I can't breathe too, weird and horrible. I've also had were it seems like I'm waking up multiple times, weird

ever since i found out what sleep paralysis is its not as scary tbf

like nihilism said, i only get it after lucid dreaming so im pretty aware of it

i tend to get it for like a week after doing trips which is strange. really vivid dreams and sleep paralysis

Yeah its so horrible. I was dreaming and then felt like my 'soul' wooshed back into my body and felt a wave of terror come over me lol, eventually moved my foot and got out of it. Used to have it quite often when i did loads of mandy, i think thats what caused it tbh

after i do trips i quite often get these dreams where it take me ages to figure im awake, like ill be sat up in my room chatting to someone and then realise 5 mins after like shit im awake this isnt real lol

i had one the other week that hobson was smoking a spliff next to me havin a chat

Also recently, doesn't seem to matter what time I go to sleep and what time I get up, I always find myself shattered and it very difficult to get out of bed.
