at the mastering stage, of course there's no difference. from that stage to acetate/vinyl...there are variables.
but without any questions at the venue stage, with a good mastered dub or vinyl...played through crossovers on a proper system.....you can definitely hear the difference. the digital converters on serato boxes are good, but they're not better than vinyl. at least not yet. and when you talk about mp3, its got to be mastered 320, not unmastered.

sure some ppl who dont have the facility to play vinly will feel left out, and will probably get it illegally.
but if it was out on digital it wouldnt be long before sumone illegally shares it and makes that output void. a few ppl may buy the mp3 and support but pretty sure most would just download it illegally. so it wouldnt make much of a difference after the first few days.
on the flip side you cant illegally copy vinyl lol. dubstep and especially dmz have a good vinyl base, so when they put out that shit it sells. its a more worth while
