Biscuit-sounds like you need a little bit of reverb onto the bass in the beginning. or turn it down. its sitting wayyy to far in front. pretty interesting track tho haha. i like the congas. seems a bit random but it works for me ^___^

subvox- i feel like the start is too slow man. nice clean sounds tho. i dunno if i like those wobbles in there like that. also maybe add a little sub bass or something. then again i have shitty ass speakers haha

carmen-cool track man. i dont really find anything wrong with it. maybe try to make those yowwss a little clearer and not sounds as fuzzy? good shit tho :m:

yo! back from the states! posted some tracks before I went away but got no feedback :? so will post again

Soundcloud

Soundcloud <- slighty distorted by soundcloud :(

feedback:

@sprayyypaint the intro sort of reminded me of the prodigy then went into some heavy drop! i think the track maybe sounds a little messy in places and i think you need to layer a lower end snare with that clap to give some midrange punch!

@MRP5 someone already said it on your soundcloud but i'll say it again: EPIC. if there were any music I'd chose to save the world to; itd be that track

@reignz sounding very nice! love the synths in the intro and those little rolling drums and then the drop hits nice and hard! Really great track, not much I can critisise I dont think :)

@brex i didnt listen to your track fully... i pressed play and then kept clicking random parts of the track and managed to play the imperial march from star wars with the notes you used haha! I really like that weird bendy, trippy synth youve got going on here!

@Traffikz love the 8bit/water infused intro and the drop sounds massive! personally Im not keen on the snare but I think it works well enough with the track to be justified so alls good! Nice work :)

I think your speakers are fucked man, the sub is the only thing wobbling, I just low passed it a bit less than usual.

Do you mean the bass in the very start where the piano is playing or the bass after the oh shit part? Also does the bass sit well in the rest of the mix in your opinion? Chances are I'm trying to compensate in the sound for a lack of a good strong sub on the setup I'm working on maybe. :)

I checked your track out and I dig it. I think I saw that someone mentioned about layering in a snare for some midrange, I concur on that. Also something about the transition around 1:48 feels a little weird and abrupt to me. Also the fade out was pretty abrupt but overall I dig what you're doing.

after the oh shit part. and then at 1:15 the bass sounds soo much weaker than the one before it. equal those out. listening to it again, the wobbles on the 1:15 part also sound too mechanical. idk if that makes senses. haha. what program do you use man?? just out of curiosity.
but thanks for the feedback, i think im just gonna leave it at that tho, im ready pretty ready to move to something new! haha.big ups!

I use FL9 cuz it's what I'm familiar with from playing around with hip hop beats waaaaay back in the day. I've been thinking about giving something else a try and seeing how I like it. The wobbles in it were just done on sytrus. That bass part you're talking about was NI Massive. I'll play with that some more and bring it down a bit.

@Biscuit: Not really my cup of tea, but it is a good beat. I like the atmospheric feel to it. Good job

@Sprayyypaint" Very cool beat. I love the basses you have, and that part at about 1:20 is so sick. Love the track!

@Bledbox: You're first song is really good! I love the vocals at the begining as well was the bass that comes in; very unique.

Here's my first dubstep track up for some feedback. If you have any tips for mastering, i'd appreciate it.

The tune in my sig is a collab effort between myself and René LaVice, it is for a remix competition. Submissions are due Jan 6th and I'm looking for a little feedback. Care to share?

Neurosylum-the drop doesn't feel climactic enough! like it sorta just happens you know what i mean?? find some rising sounds or falling sounds? really cool vibe on the track tho. i dunno anything about mastering tho sorry ~.~

Bledbox-i love that accordion or whatever it is. this aint really my style but the production seems fine to me. maybe there isnt enough going on sometimes?? i dunno man good shit..

joeroxor-sweet track man ^___^ cant really think of anything to say about it. its pretty interesting.

@bledbox:. Love the chill, ambient vibes of the 2nd song, beautiful breakdown before the 2nd drop.

@Neurosylum: Pretty damn good for your first dubstep track. What did you make to use it?

Here's my remix of Requiem For A Dream I finished (FREE DL). Feedback would be awesome. :4:

@subtilize: Don't take this like I'm talking shit cuz I thought your track was chill, needs to sub harder but pretty good. I just wanted to make you aware if you weren't that it sounds a LOT like this:

EDIT: Concept-wise I'm talking about. Obviously I'm not saying they sound identical or you ripped it off or something.

@ MRP5: sick intro. i love that violin melody in the background. sick guitar riffs too. all i can say is i'd try to boost the kick drum up a little, it's barely audible through my headphones D: . this is really cool though. definitely has that 'epic' feel.

@ sprayyypaint: also REALLY SICK intro. cant feel the bass in this tho...seems like the synth is entirely mid but maybe my ears are fried from listening to everyone's tracks the last couple of days. i like that part when it slows down too. was super fucking heavy, just expected it to hit lower frequencies.

@ The Other Drug: love that high pitched video game synth in the beginning. drop was heavy as shit. love how you broke up the beat and changed things up. 2:16 your track gets dirtier damnnn. definitely gonna start following you cant wait to hear more.

not as heavy as yalls tracks but whatevs haha

@MRP5 - Wicked track btw, loving the guitars and the epic feeling of the whole track, also great production.

@Bledbox - Big up on the remix, sounding big. Bass, synths and drums are awesome, would go off at a gig.

@joeroxor - Liking the track in your sig, bass is pretty awesome although I'm not sure whether it fits with the vocals that much.

Heres my latest track, more ambient dubstep.
