Do a youtube search for "house plucky synth". Basically it's a standard supersaw with an envelope with a fast attack and fast decay modulating the cutoff on the lowpass filter. Add some chorus to widen the sound and some distortion and that should get you close. Pretty simple sound honestly.

so the like uplifting , reverbed out sound is just a supersaw? sounds more complex than that >.>

i was talking about the sound on 1:01 not 1:02, which was just a plain supersaw
the sound your talking about is probably a supersaw or maybe another waveform with unison and pitch spread, then try using scream filter in massive with performer & use some of the more rapid waveforms with 2 or 3 cycles in the wave (the sharp looking ones, they will sound plucky since they are quite sharp)
tweak the amount of the performer to the cut off enough so it plucks/hits hard
have the res up a bit and place the "scream" and res wherever you feel. also the pitch of the synth is gliding as well
obviously im not gona explain the whole process by typing but im mentioning the key factors of the sound should be enough

Am writing that because sometimes am hearing tunes where the basses are not so good soundwise but they make you dance and are groovy and you will say "what a cool bassline" without taking into an account so much its sounddesign qualities - it wouldnt even leave you thinking about such things because its interesting and hooky and fits the track properly...

of course BOTH are important but just wanted to bring some attention to the bass's movement because one of the reasons skrillex's are cool is their musicality and how they fit - he is a musician after all...
