Laszlo wrote:@ehbrums1 - why do you feel the need for a pre-workout sup? You're young aren't you?
With my schedule this year I don't have time to eat anything before my workout. Performance has taken serious because of it

Is that not a bit like a Fast & Furious car with little to no gas just abusing the Nos?
I really don't know but I would guess that would be preferable to running on stims and BCAA or whatever the fucks in that tub you posted.
A lot also depends on what your goals are anyway...
Edited because of bullshit/bad advice/new evidence has come to light/ etc.

The gym I go to its basically an all athlete gym in groups , and every two weeks we'll do testing ie our 5-10-5, our 40 time, and max bench.. Over the past two months or so my scores haven't been going in the right direction

Anyone tried The Curse pre supp?
I've been given a free sampler and I'm a bit skeptical about taking it.

Best way to try is just to take it mayne. Pres don't scare me anymore, though. They're about as stimulating as chocolate these days o.O

Yeah word, never mind then. Just give it to some 16 year old skinny twerp at the gym who wants to get big by doing 100 bicep curls.

If you've not taken a pre before, be careful. Can give you borderline heart palpitations if you're not used to it
But as Genny says, you get to a certain point and they're like an espresso, then a latte, then an English breakfast, then not really anything. Nowadays I usually just have a cup of green tea when I get home before heading out.

They're one of only very few supps that actually CAN work. As a rule of thumb, I would say that supps are stupid, with an asterisk.
