Delirium_P wrote:Yea in a way, jus more upbeat but a more slap string style bass similar to off old garage tunes , hard to explain what i mean but upbeat regular notes with a funky slap bass contrasted with a dark bass would work well imo , dark and light go together very well imo

I have finally got round to changing the bass line on Give You Love. Would be cool if you could have another listen and let me know what you think.

'Dinosaurs', first track in player
http://virb.com/sativabreather
Been working on this the last couple of days, after the first 5 hours-ish I thought it was wicked but now I reckon I've fucked it up but that could just be because i've been working on it for way too much time an I just cant take listening to it anymore..anyways, would like to know what people think and any ways I can improve it.
Mondays Child - That house tune sounds like its pretty well produced to me but I'm afraid it's just really not my kinda thing so I didn't really take to it sry.
Dubson - Pretty good tune, not really a big fan of the bit between 3.30 and 5.00, the crashes are a bit too much and the buildup was a bit harsh too. I liked it up until then though lol. Maybe have less crashes and more sub in the second part? just a thought.
Will give more feedback in response for recieving etc etc

Delerium, D+ and Paravrais, cheers for the feedback guys. It's all good, plus it makes me think "fookin' ell i got that bit wrong, nice one".
I've been working on a few bits of late and need to really start concentrating as i've got some tracks comming on one or two labels. As ever, i'll be sure to check y'alls tracks as and when I can.
It's good here, gives a right warm glow to spread a bit of positivity 'an all!
Please all of you keep up the astonishing work rate. Safe.

love the pecussion on the track, feel it the whole song misses something though. it feels a bit empty. for me i would add more pecussion, synths and effects to fill it out abit

Cool tune, deep and dark.
I didn't love the pitchbend in execution (I like it in concept) but it sounds slightly out of tune.
Also, I love all the subtle effects, but I wonder if one element should be slightly less subtle (not sure what) but I almost didn't catch the first time though.
Peeping your hip-hop track next.

Legendary:-
I like the idea and the space, i think u could do a bit more work with the percussion elements..they are nice but maybe switch it up a bit. ive been doing loads of conga/tribal stuff at the mo, so im feeling your stuff
CN:-
That tunes nice man...nice old skool garage vibe with new style synths and drums. only on laptop speakers so cant hear bass or give advice..but i like it
Paravrais:-
I like the individual sounds and the idea but i think that the percussion and hats are a bit over bearing on the tune...i like the bass sound and the arrangement..
My turn
I got a new tune up called 'Bits'
kinda different to my normal stuff as it's not straight up dubstep..went for a more chilled vibe...aint finished yet so dont watch the mix!!

would like some opinions on it

its alright but i didn't like the begining song, the levels aren't to good and beat is too straight up for me, i'd say it got better tunes wise as the mix went on. the last tune is sick

Couldn't tell what was going on with the vocal samples, but I am typically not into those sorts of bits anyway.
Love the synth at 1:00 min in. Great sound man, I like the way it evolves.
Nice tune.

Nice tune.
I know what you mean about the vocals, its really only there to add an extra element, i find a track with a vocal in it helps to give something more human to it, people can relate to a track better, if ther is a voice, some words, that go with it.
thats my opinion anyway.
