More people need to take more care of their friend's list, IMO. Someone above mentioned adding random people you went to school with 20yrs ago...never got the point of this.
You let your friend adding go unchecked and you end up with a feed like Agent's, full of society's dregs spouting their opinions on unemployment and paedophilia in a storm of poor spelling and grammatical errors.

At the gym getting a huge deltoid pump, shoulders look like freakin huge softballs (their rock hard though).
