I do, but I have not yet seen come across one.
I know you don't agree, but tell me why and I could change my position on the matter.

because it's a well accepted fact that drug use and drug abuse are completely different things. some things just aren't up for interpretation. people have documented this stuff. google 'responsible drug use'. that should lead you in the right direction

I'm not looking to interpret, I'm looking to distinguish one thing from another, because if you cannot tell one thing from another then they are the same.
I feel like that search would amount to something along the lines of 'do not abuse them', but what is abuse, how is it different from use?

LOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOL
I feel like you're suffering from a mild case of cognitive dissonance Benjamin.
I'm not close to your ideas, I just don't understand them. I'd like to, but I don't.

Yeah, I do.
I used the term because you're very adamant in defending a belief that you appear to be incapable of justifying. So much so that you've already descended to name calling and rather petty slurs.

I already explained myself, but I'll do it again.

When you use something, you treat it as a means to an end, don't you? When you abuse something, you do the same, don't you?

As the two ideas are grounded in the same process, I conclude that they are practicably equivalent.

lul

and what belief is this then m2.8, the belief that the definitions of "use" and "abuse" arent interchangable?

Well, I don't see how definitions could be interchangeable. But words with the same, and similar, definitions are interchangeable can be used interchangeably.
If it wasn't clear, my point has more to do with the English language than drug use.

its not "interchangable" tbh man

infact its pretty ridicukous to say that using drugs is the same as abusing drugs

im using the internet rioght now, am i abusing it? i ate a few burgers today, is that burger abuse? im currently using my lungs to breathe. guess theyre getting abused too

Why not?

What constitutes abuse is a subjective matter. Now, the two words mean the same thing. Feel how you want to feel about their usage.

Like, we'd say Genghis was abusive. His supporters would say he was noble.

Like, abuse of power. Realistically, people who are called out for it are just using their power aren't they?
