MLP:FiM Season 1 is great.

Vinyl only releases (esp. limited ones) can fuck right off. They help no one except discogs vendors.
Innocence is a great tune.

I haven't seen MLP, but it sounds fucking strange

I love vinyl only releases.

Big shout. Sorrow tunes, in that, dark, sorrowful garage vein are more hard hitting than Burial, certainly.

Sorrow's ok. But I don't rate him more than Burial. His tunes are a bit too polished imo. Now Ghostek, Buck UK and Mirror State on the other hand... :D

Buck UK is a fucking thief, which is a shame, because he didn't need to be.

Ghostek, obviously a don, "Flashing Lights" with VVV is just beyond good.

Mirror State is one of my favourite producers at the moment.

What did he do? :?

Edit: nevermind. Found this on last.fm: "Buck UK has stolen a tune from me: http://soundcloud.com/totte-stankovich/restless and he claims that is his http://soundcloud.com/buckuk/without Its a shame to go that low for a little fame. Just because your lacking tallant, you dont steal others work! I can prove its mine, can Buck UK.. How embarrassing for you Buck.. ouch... Totte Stankovich"

stole this tune and had it released as his apparently

while we're talking burial imitators doing it right, volor flex deserves a mention

2 stolen tunes? That's low...
As for Volor Flex, personally I only liked one tune of his. At least these other dudes mentioned aren't straight up Burial tributes. Not really a fan of the label pushing him either.

Yep, and more if you believe the claims. Was just gonna mention that he stole a tune off Gasface too (who coincidentally has just released on Night Tracks, a release that you can grab here for just £1.75 :W: ).

God knows why he did it, his EP with Mirror State was a beaut, and his release "Once" on Cut is siiiiiiiick. He faked his death on Future Garage Forum too. :?

I have to agree. Sorrow is one up. Also love Sun Glitters, too.

I'll further your controversial sorrow vs Burial comment and say that I think that Project Mooncirlce is a better label than Hyperdub. Discuss.

I caught the end of it, but from what I gather, he (under a fake name) or someone associated with him went on the forum and tried to calm down the furore by saying that Buck had died. Couple of months later, he started upping tunes on Soundcloud again, and he's certainly not dead, because he became a fan of Night Tracks (or maybe one of my other pages) on Facebook haha.

Naaah it's true. He attached a future hose to his future exhaust pipe and filled his future garage with future fumes. He's dead in there now.

Except that recent Submerse EP I can't stand anything on that label. They seem like they're trying to be too "idm" imo.
