yeah becky lane was the closest main road to my house

used to buy hash from a woman who lived in the council estates next to there, now she work at that 24hr petrol station at the end of beckfield ln

she was scary and had and often had feral children answering the door for her

Not as bad as this other guy i used to buy hash from who lived by the footie grounds, he was in the paper for accidentally shooting his wife in the face with an air rifle.. classic

southbank seems to be the main place for picking up these days (tho i don't smoke anymore so i duno)

seems like york's got a lot less rough over the years, even tang hall's not that bad anymore

yeah i thought there were bad parts when i lived there but i've lived in some real shit holes since then.. I think it has gotten a bit posher as well, thats what my friends say.. Rent is pretty high there compared to other places these days.

my friend said the same thing about tang hall.

I love York though it's one of my favorite cities in the world even though it's pretty small. There is a big wall that goes around the central part that you can walk around, parts of which date to roman times. Used to sneak up there at night and use it to get around.. or just hang out up there drinkin and stuff.. i miss that
