my brother got pulled over w/ an empty bag of weed & a bunch of gb bowls & the cop gave him a disorderly conduct fine

whats the possession laws there? In Mass its a $100 fine up to an oz but in NH, any amount is criminal

anything under an O is misdemeanor up to $500 & 30 days jail, plus they pile on for paraphernalia
