I just recently got into Cakewalk Z3ta, that seems to pump out some Knife Party/ Skrillex-esque basses. But Fm8 still holds more of a variety.

I don't really like Skrillex, pretty much think he killed dubstep. I just wanna make this sound because I think I could maybe make something half decent.

I just wanted to know how to make that scream sound he uses, as an example- if you go to the 1:19 mark on his Avicii - Levels remix, that's the one. Just as it drops, that like 'wahhh' but a scream.



I'm sure this has been asked loads of times, but I wasn't sure what to search seeing as it's just a sound and doesn't really have a preset name. If someone could either point me toward a tutorial or tell me how I could set it up in NI Massive that would be great.

+ I would really appreiciate it if you could check out my SoundCloud. I've got loads of songs of various genres from ambient dubstep to house to DnB, just need to get my music out there!
