i just think its ridiculous i paid them a £200 fee to secure a deposit which i dont get back and then all they do is bug me and send me fucking emails. AND to my parents

when i need them for something there slow as fuck and blag its not their responsibility too

half my mates room was mold cus of a broken roof and they tried to blag its cus we had a party ffs

5 months later they finally fix it

i paid the deposit which id get back if we dont fuck up the place - but with the deposit they charged a £200 admin fee or some shit. which i dont get back.

Again, probably something in the contract you signed about keeping the property looking presentable inside and out.

They call it a lease fee and yes its basically just a way of extorting extra money. £200 is a lot more than we charge though

you take their side but you would be exactly the same if u were in my situation

Depends how much more you're talking. If its serious damage it's up to the landlord if they want to take legal action
