I got a similar thing after eating Chinese food when I moved back to the UK from Angola. While I was eating some Sweet & Sour Chicken, my heart rate went up, I started sweating, and I had some mild stomach cramping. It sucked because that was my favourite meal at the local. Nowadays, I pretty much only eat Sesame Chicken, but that's partly because most US restaurants don't pre-dip the chicken and I don't like the way it tastes, or its texture, when you have to do it yourself. Depending on the location, Sesame Chicken actually tastes better too, imo.

mcdonald's is piff

i heard it's much worse in the us though cos you dont have as strict food restrictions, like here it's fast food and all but in the past decade it's clearly improved quality wise bare due people getting much more concerned with organic food and not dying of heart disease
