It's okay. It's not just you. You didn't pop a pill you shouldn't have before your afternoon coffee. You're not in a dream world. The billboard actually looks like that in real life and apparently it's on purpose, the broken electronic billboard is being tested for all working colors. I see acid.

The picture, recently re-posted by @Brilliant_Ads, shows some warped out color test that doesn't look like what you'd typically expect (a line by line, pixel by pixel job to help narrow the faulty part of the screen). But the acid trip screen actually is a video that's supposed to reveal if the screen can display one image. It got our attention, whatever it is.
