succesfully quit smoking 5 weeks ago, still tough going at times but i reckon thats 13 or so years of smoking finally behind me.
Out to everyone that wants to quit, its HARD but do able.

hahahaha, man, dont worry about it, its no problem for me to say no...in fact it helps, solidifies the fact that i no longer smoke cigarettes...

yea, the drinking bit was teh hardest to stop, still get the odd craving when im bevviing but the amount of time iv stopped now means I would be seriously gutted if i smoked a snout ,and after a few heavy sessions iv gotten used to it. also the tiny amount of baccie i put in a joint helps

Yea I still take my cigarette breaks in work, i todl them, "If you can give me ten minutes to go and smoke, you can give me ten minutes to go for a walk"...couldtn really argue with that.
