Good track. Nice feel and nice progression. Overall the mix sounds a tad muddy i think could be resolved by taking the hats down a bit so they dont overpower and giving the snare a wee bit more bite

Taking things in a bit of a different direction.
Probably gonna end up chopping bits I like and using the samples in a completely different way but feedback appreciated on wot ive done so far

@Isturite really creative intro! the bass is good too. like the glitchy sounds awell. i would recommend working a little bass automating and beefing up the bass and drums though.
@GRAYSKALE love the trance feel too the intro. bass is also really fucking on point too! i might eq the kick a bit more to give it some more umph. really feeling the high hat work though. nice swing to it! deff an exciting track.
@DannyH93 id work on the bass a bit, seems a bit flat and almost predictable. sample works well though. just eq the bass and drums a bit to give them some punch. but it is for sure a step in the right direction.

this is one of my works in progress and i`ve been fuckin with it for about a week. i`ll probably do some heavy 2 week building process on this one cause i`m feeling it. kinda hard working without any studio monitors but my 5.1 creative and my beat up headphones will do... only slower.
if a dude got any suggestions, a dude shall tell. big ups!

i just noticed the sub is pretty much fucked via soundcloud. must be the conversion, the 320 sounds iight. help?!

@Tripwire22 really liking the synth work. has some great summer vibes to it for sure. percussion is great too. the track really has an original sense to it.

I think it's pretty damn good for a preview.... I agree with skifer about making another instance of the wobble, just to add some variation... or maybe just to layer and make the synth thicker.
What you and skifer say, do you mean clone the wobble but a few octaves lower? to give it a bassy feel?
Thanks also to a.paul for the feedback

yes i believe we both meant that... but I meant two things... one was layering it with another octave to make thicker and bassier
the other was making a second wobble to alternate with the first one... use the same midi clip, same notes and everything, just with a different wobble... I'd suggest just duplicating your wobble synth, then changing the waveforms, that simple... so you have two wobbles... I notice that a lot of the pro dubstep guys do this (they usually have like 5 though lol)
just a thought, the song has a lot of potential and could be made a little more interesting (people on here will listen to the whole thing...but holy shit, people who don't have an extreme appreciation for music in general get bored really really quickly... I make songs where I repeat the same thing 2 MAYBE 3 times and non-producer listeners call it wayyyy too repetetive)... Keep up the good work man!!!

a track i've been working on today, its pretty dark but i'm really feeling it. feedback would be appreciated thanks.
p.s. i've had a name change to ex-President (from the film point break). Feedback on that would be cool too.
Thanks, Ricky

bomb track man, nice thickness!... i was playing it and my gf walked in and asked "who's music is this is it's really good?" doesn't usually do that... so props!
I not sure what you plan to do with it, but I think some breaks in the rhythm might be cool, like little shuffle parts and/or half rhythm sections maybe... this is more ideas than criticism though

@redjuan - thanks for the feedback. i agree the vocals are a little overwhelming so i'm sorting that out. love the chilled vibes on your tracks.

@ Redjuan - that's a really nice track man - not much criticism - just get on and finish bro - it's gonna be a good 'un
@ponte_ricky - that's a really good track bro - wasn't as dark as I was expecting though - I really like that vocal sample and you don't overuse it like many tend to do - keep up the good work.
here's mine - not a creative track (creative track for feedback is in the sig) as my production laptop with all my samples and vst's is currently being repaired

- so I've been knocking up shitty loops on an old laptop just focusing on strengthening my mixing skills - anybody fancy feedbacking on problems with mixing - would be much appreciated

Work in progress. Not really dubstep, but it in the same area towards the end. Features some very silly samples.
