how exactly do we know this?swiftguyver wrote:we def know that mala has at least 2 releases coming this year
i can't be bothered to search for the thread tbh man but there was a topic on here near the end of last year which said mala had two 'very special' releases lined up for 2010 and he said on that gilles peterson podcast that he is going to try and focus on getting more releases out this year after only dropping 2 tunes in 2009...Mattron wrote:how exactly do we know this?swiftguyver wrote:we def know that mala has at least 2 releases coming this year
I think it was two "Surprises" so that doesn't necessarily mean releases. However I asked Mala about eyez getting released and he said towards the end of last year lol, also on that giles peterson show he said that Livin' different is coming out. I reckon one of the surprises is a load of deep medi non 140 releases.swiftguyver wrote:i can't be bothered to search for the thread tbh man but there was a topic on here near the end of last year which said mala had two 'very special' releases lined up for 2010 and he said on that gilles peterson podcast that he is going to try and focus on getting more releases out this year after only dropping 2 tunes in 2009...Mattron wrote:how exactly do we know this?swiftguyver wrote:we def know that mala has at least 2 releases coming this year

why should we know?
DMZ is one of the labels you don't bootleg, out of respect.spongebob wrote:im surprised no one has bootlegged any of the dmz 12"s.
but also partly due to the fact you just cannot get any DMZ release other than by buying the vinylNilsFG wrote:DMZ is one of the labels you don't bootleg, out of respect.spongebob wrote:im surprised no one has bootlegged any of the dmz 12"s.

You got a link for that tracklist?ruin wrote:i think it's quite obvious that return to space is coming out on dmz. if you've checked out gilles' tracklistings it says 'dmz' under return to space. then the next tune that was played was an unreleased lv tune or something and under that he has written 'cdr'...
return to space / eyes is my guess.
