i was wondering if someone could explain how to do the high-pitched shriek that pitchbends downwards that comes in at 1:09 & at most starts of the bar. for some reason it's just one sound i havn't been able to break down properly. a general idea would help but i'm using massive & blue. any help is appreciated!

format-mcr ; the bass line at the start of the first vid sound like a reese to me, or just a regular bass synth line with the osc pitched a little differently ( one +15 , one -15). Lots of your tube vids on making a reese, or sub bass ,and easy to figure out the rest.

should be a simple one...
Can anyone suggest how I make that wobble that kind of sounds like scratching (vinyl)?? it's played throughout the entire melody - and doesn't sound like just a basic un-modulated wobble
I haven't been able to get any similar or acceptable results.
I'm thinking it might just be the main bass sound at a higher LFO rate, ran through a bitcrusher, and placed into rhythm. Can I get your ideas???

Umm proper detuning. Try using unison so you get many voices and detune it a lot. So much that you can barely hear what note is played - and then just BP filter and modulate it however you want.
In Reason's Thor it is fairly easy to recreate this sound. Open a thor > Multi oscillator > Saw, random > Turn the amount button almost all the way up.

Sorry for triple post :O
My turn to ask one Maybe Ohmwerk can help me out himself since you post here!
The thing that amazes me is the airhorn-ish type synth that kicks in at 1:56 (If you are going to give it a listen, start listening from about 1:45, so you feel how awesome that horn is ) Soundcloud

Square wave with distortion and reverb I reckon.
Try a saturation type distortion?

I've synthesized a kick (fast pitch down attack) with a long decay... after, distortion > duplicating the channel and then use a filter or eq to make this : Sound 1= low frq, Sound 2 = mid+high frqz > equalizes the two channels separately > Apply FX (reverb... ) on the Channel/Sound 2
(here, you can try anything and everything and trust your ears at the end of it all to tell you whether its really bad or not).
I hope this has helped you.

Can anyone please tell me how to nail the kick/bass sound in this incredible scream tune. It is just an 808 with a long delay or something? It almost rev's like an engine..
you can really hear it at 4:11, the metallic-like "wobble" it's a common sound in drum and bass, but i just dont know how to make it.
i'm senseing a slight bit crush.
but i'm not too sure!
if anyone can give me a hand it'd be much appreciated!

Bit of a bait one, but been trying to make this sound in Reason. The high lead from the drop. Im guessing its alot of screams involved to distort like that? Bit of guidance if anyone knows how would be appreciated.
If this is easier to make with a seperate VST, I use Logic too.

I'm pretty new to production, could someone tell me how to create this sound at the start ? The one with the attack envelope on. What kinda waves are used on this sound?
Peace
