realised myself that the 20s catch up quicker than the teens

Yeah i have tried but i have too much stuff ti do and no time for it.
Plus i keep eating insane quantitied of healthy food and drinking alcohol every day.

ah that's long, i def only jog because i have so much time on my hands

try getting some sit ups and push ups into your daily routine and work hard on that, doesn't take much time

and try and get at least one bit of cardio into your week, like if you can cycle to whatever you have on
