i did the same exact thing on a concrete step last week when i was on vacation

Yeah, I swore like a bastard when it happened. Thankfully we have guests staying with us this weekend, one of whom is another doctor my missus went to medical school with, and her boyfriend is a fireman with EMT training. So I had three trained medical personnel fussing over me last night
