No one says it's motivated by religious extremism / jihad but I wouldn't doubt that's this incident and the recent beheadings by ISIS are somehow related.

For example suicide rates often increase following a high profile suicide because the media attention injects the idea into peoples heads making them more likely to commit copycat crimes.

Although it could be jihad and the media are just being cautious about it until it's totally confirmed.

Things that pissed me off today:

September 3rd: "oh shit, I'm going hard with these synths...I may have 2 or 3 songs out by October 29th"
