Me and the guy that sits opposite me tend to get into the office at about 9.02, which has never been raised as a problem since we're both normally here after anyone else and we both do fuckloads of overtime every weekend; but a bloke that isn't even our boss has somewhat loudly "noticed" and now we have to adjust our commutes. It just means me setting my alarm 10 minutes earlier which isn't a biggie, but the other dude reckons he's either got to get up an hour earlier or switch train routes adding £500/year to his commute.

Fucking jobsworths. As if 2 mins at the start of the day is worth less than half an hour at the end. Tempted to get in at 8.55 and leave religiously at 5pm on the dot just to make a point now.
