dope tune fersher
hope that make sense or helps
here is a tune i did for this dnb mc with like 3 days as a deadline

@fiveohh That's good for a first attempt at dnb, but the mix needs work. Bass overpowers the drum, and needs more top end on the drums to slice through. It's almost a bit squarepushery.

Definitely like the idea behind it, but the mix is a bit raw good bit of work needed. The bass is quiet loud but it doesn't have much sub in it, ya want that low frequency energy. Drums are bit muffled could do with been brightened up or cut the mids a bit.

Sounding really good

a track i've been working on today, its pretty dark but i'm really feeling it. feedback would be appreciated thanks.
p.s. i've had a name change to ex-President (from the film point break). Feedback on that would be cool too.
Thanks, Ricky
Crazy vocal pitchin I like it, some of that vocal sounds fine, but some words sound off rhythmical & pitch wise and doesn't feel connected to the track, I'd probably just go back and rework that loop until it sits a bit better in the track.

Really cool melody, good vibes
Heres a track I'm working on at the moment. Thinking about scrapping it altogether and then rebuilding it but a good differently. I had a musical structure which I took apart half when through building it because I wanted to switch to a blues pentatonic scale so suite the FM Trumpet synth I made, At first I liked the way it is very off sounding (trumpet), but I dunno now it just kinda blobs along ever since I lost my original progression, I've reworked it a few times and it just keeps pissin me off. Took the hihats out recently as well cause I wasn't happy with them & haven't replaced them yet.

Any thoughts welcome

this is my first dustep tune, been producing/djing/anything edm releated for around 5 months or so, i know it needs some work so its not a "finished track"
had a few others i have been working on, but that was before i knew anything about eq'ing and mixing/mastering
threw a little tempo change in at the end, trancy kinda feel to it, i think it added some flavor
anyways lemme know what you think, i'm here help and to get better

@lickedbeatz
for the top tune
i'm loving the real big snare/clap, and the melody goofy and catchy, in a very good way

recently been experiment with some differnt things this is something im playin about with atm
tried to make some dark electro vibe cross with a bit of filth
this is what its shapin up to be ...
Soundcloud
@ ISTURITE
like the progression of the song , and the idea , not to keen on the bell/beep , good idea but the sequence isnt that catchy
the bass is nice on it too , if not a bit loud
@ HOLDA
like the percussion , got a nice rhythm

, dont like the vocal

, like the synth though keeps the track runnin along nicely
@ DUBAHOLIX
the percussion is nice and so is the piano , but the drums are to much in the background and the piano is a bit to in your face ( but the keys are nice , ignore my shite technical terms lol) , the atmosphere with the little staticbeep is sick :
@ TRIPWIRE22
intro is sick , choir chord goin round n round is a real minfuk , drop's insane proper electro feel to it , just made me look at my track n feel embarrassed, really good work , any chance of a 320 ? or u lookin to release it ??
