no, It's not trading like for like, this record is much harder to come by which is value, value consists of much more than price.
which one is harder to come by?

Can give up my copy of moth/wolf club
or xxxy You Always Start It / Ordinary Things
both really hard to find and i hardly play them
I have two copies of Moth, original and repress, repress is floating around for relatively cheap compared to what the original was worth before it, I think they're less than a tenner now. Not worth it
He doesnt care about prices though. So thats fine to swap.

I bought two copies of it cause i fucking love the song and have good memories attached to it and am going to batter one copy to bits and want another one as back up when the first one dies.
If you buy two purely for trading and selling then your a clown.

It's supposedly very limited, but it was in stock on Boomkat which is surprising, I just bought it now...
So is it rare, or a normal purchase?
Either way, it's Mala, can't wait to own it

if i could get "In Luv" for a sane price, i wouldn't have to be a dick

I'd imagine as many of these were pressed as the Education/Horrid Henry plate, which although sold out is still available on Discogs for £4. I think with this release it's mainly the fact that it's a single sided white of a massive Mala Dub which has sent people into a frenzy!

Youre a gent mate, cheers for that.
I was considering getting 2 copies for a trade, but it just doesn't feel right. I'm sticking to my one and being happy with it.

No worries. Was surprised to see it in stock there, my copies on the way anyway!

Just so people now, right after the receipt came in for my order, i checked Boomkat and it's no longer in stock.
Shit, I hope mine comes. Not like that bs where a week later they tell me Street Halo isn't in stock

Nothing,my beef is with people who bought a second copy to use as leverage to get other records. If you really want two and feel you will need the second for your collection fair enough.
But to buy a second one for the sole purpose of getting rid of it doesn't seem right to me.

As I've said on here already, at least if two people trade spares of records they have bought then the product stays within the "vinyl community" - horrible phrase I know, but you get the picture. Better than some tool buying one purely to stick on Discogs for $$$.
