I blame Rosario Dawson and an altered perception of the point of no return. Was just having a bit of a casual beat off, stopping before the point of no return. But after halting manual stimulation, the pleasure continued unexpectedly. To be fair I was going for a month before everyone else. Trying to do two months back to back with only a couple fap breaks in between is roughness.
Just a little relapse but still on the train. I think it's helped my energy levels. I'm starting a daily workout routine so we'll see if there's any improvements in that area.

Also I read, for optimal testosterone and dopamine levels you should abstain for about 2 weeks. So after this month I'm gonna try to keep it to 2 week cycles.
