Wouldn't Swamp still get sued if there were sample clearance issues? even if the producer was anon?

My copy says absolutely nothing about A. Williams or any other producer having contributed. Any clues on where this info came from?

Just got my copy from my local record shop, it says nothing about any co production or any production on it cant see any where on it anything about joy o or a T.Williams, it does sound reallly damm good though,
