If we were to impose it now in The UK for example, if some guy came into a position of power and started by saying " I hate all pakis and n*ggers, they are immoral scum and i wish they weren't here and went back where they came from" then that wouldn't cause lots of problems? Probably, lots. Riots etc.
 yes, but your taking it to the very extreme again. Free speech should exclude anything hateful, it goes without saying.
Why can't we all just get along :corncry:
then its not free speech.
i see where you are going but consider this

in order for free speech to truly be free, it also has to take in account the rights and freedom of the listener. free speech must also protect my right not to be bombarded by the opinions of blowhard assholes who think free speech gives them a right to force their opinions down everyone else's throats. freedom is a two way street

but that means that more mainstream feminist, multiculturalist, pro-gay etc propaganda is "wrong" too

This is exactly my point.

Sometimes it's not nice to hear shit, but just disagree with it. You DON'T have a right not to hear people that don't have the same opinion as you.

At one point, it was probably a pretty unpopular opinion to say that black people should have the same rights as white people, but people still stood up and said it, even if everybody else wanted their "right not to be bombarded by the opinions of blowhard assholes" protected.

Whatever you think is right, there's somebody else out there that thinks you're dead wrong.

i think most of mala's tunes are a bit boring

and yes i have heard them on a system where they sound phatter than phat but id never really buy any of his music, the two samplers from his forthcoming album sound boring too. compa saying it will be 'the album of our generation' is ever so slightly retarded too
