HAHAHAHA. Tequila + stella = piss. Good to see you mate, glad the night ended so fittingly.
I should probably be more social at these things, sounds like everyone else on the forum met up! Bass > meeting people it seems.
Hold tight Grand good to see you mate.
Out to Jubz (i think), some fine dance moves.
Ness, i think i met you too!?
Being at work is producing the exact opposite to the feeling I had when I finally made it in and Joker dropped Purple City.
haha pk, the man the legend. what an awesome awesome night, room 1 wins on vibes but the the sound in room 2 was off the scale, all about the speaker stack by the right hand bar..BLZdub at one point i thought you were going to shag it
I do believe i formed a special bound with it. I also think that's why I didn't speak to anyone.
Good to see yourself and the Bentos, the journey back to Dalston wasn't too bad!

Cracking DMZ, though I did think last years was better ...

Was really, really looking forward to getting to see Youngsta b2b Headhunter but despite queuing up early doors only managed to catch about two or three tunes, one being Eastern Jam which doesn't count! Later next time please!

It was a really diverse night musically with pinch/jk starting with techy dubstep and oneman/k9 rinsing the garage. Have to say wasn't feeling the latter especially as it just reminds me of when I was 15. Quite like everyone singing along to La Roux. Maybe I'm just getting old ;)

Quest & Silkie, mala & loefah were on top form as always, big ups!

Also didn't particularly appreciate the BBC camera being stuck in my face - ruined the mood!

Was finally able to hear trapped in a dark bubble on a good system tho =)

Yes Dan, you too mate. Will catch up in Brighton for sure.

Not much to add that hasn't been said already about the music and general vibes. 10/10 on all parts.

Random things of the night for me though...

I managed to properly spin out two fellas during the course by approaching them with...
"have you got any deep heat mate, my back is fucked"
and...
"these two (Distance and Gothtrad) are just mongers of filth...they're just fucking dirtbags...evil tunes right?" to which the guy said..."its ok mate, I'm on your side, I really am...my girlfriend's over there I gotta go" haha

Had to jump two Brixton underground turnstyles coz I cleverly spent my last cash on a stella at stupid o'clock in the morning.

Set of the night for me; a toss up between Hatcha & Skream (contrasting stlyes worked so well) and Distance & Gothtrad (mongers of filth) though they were all of epic proportions.

Special shout to Pokes for keeping me amused all night. "Kode 9 you dirty bastard!" "The beast is loose...the beast is loose"

And can someone ID me Silkie's third tune of the night. Just WOW!

Oh, was that Pokes on the mic most of the night? For some reason I was convinced it was Mala... but we were in the 2nd room most of the night so didn't get a good look.

Shout of the night had to be "SLEEEAAAAZZZZZYYYY!!" or "OH, FUCK OFF. FUCK OFF. FUUUUCCCCKKK OFFFFFFFF"!

Silkie and Quest... the most illusive characters around, this will be the third night ive been to 'see' them and somehow managed not to

Mala and Loefah, I tip my hat in your direction, thank you.

But most importantly Gothtrad was spotted having his SECOND McDonalds of the morning 8am Kings Cross  whats all that about?

best bit of the evening:

not spongebob actually being dropped but how Coki calmly mixed in the tune then did a Rainman: standing back from the decks motionless staring into space whilst chaos ensued... don't think he even smiled?

I kinda prefer the left speaker stack personally. It was all soft and bouncy. I can't believe no one else was displaying their love for them, had to go back to the main room to re-stock my vibes :( Oh well, next time, Left Speaker Stack in the 2nd Room...
