i smoke alot, being told "you cant smoke anymore because you wont get better" is not what i wanted to hear after spending a stressful day in a hospital.

so? use nicotine alternatives, the electric cigarettes are pretty spot on. i used one for a day and it was exactly the same as smoking, apart from holding a big cig. costs less a month as well

ive tried nicotine alternatives before, they just aint the same. plus im usually alright after a nights sleep and wake up fresh in the morning, just have to get to the point of sleeping first
