Alright, I think I'm done playing with this one.. varied up the hats a little bit, lengthened the ending, and added a couple more samples.

very full on tune mate, big bass... only thing is that it could do with a few more background sounds, especially when it gets to the parts such as 2.44 when you're left with just the bass and drum, I can hear some sort of key but needs to be louder just to keep the pace, other than that mate, I can see you've got a big tune coming on ! :D :D

@streetxlite - Pretty good overall, nice trance sounds in this one. But your guitar part doesn't really do anything for me, it needs to stand out more. The mix at the drops seems a bit muddy, try to separate your sounds to pronounce them each more. Also, the first pad sounds like its panned all the way to the left on my speakers? Drums could use a bit more definition as well.

@GRAYSKALE - Nice and industrial sounding. I feel like there could have been a few less elements at the begining of the track, seems to be lacking an intro. The bass that comes in at 1:35 is demented, i love it. One thing though, the beeping synth thing that lasts through the tune could be turned down a bit. Drums are great as well, nice and strong.

@redjuan - I love this track, feels ad sounds like burial. Cept, no snare, thats what i feel like its missing, but honestly, i dont think it's necesary. a little more variation in the bass would be nice, same for the drums.

Here is my very unfinished attempt at a remix of Skream's Memories of Third Base. I mainly focused on getting the main drop to work well with the elements included. I know the intro is sad... But any feedback would be great.

Here is this one. Almost there. I put on the reverse crashes late last night and now they are annoying me. Let me know.

i'm enjoying this ... theres a lot of headroom left for expression.
if it was mine, i'd intersperse some intrusive sound effects for dramatic effect
go further with your percussion ... maybe add a bongo or conga loop.
somehow it reminds me of the skull disco sound

i did some editing to my Red Eye Jedi track, please tell me i didn't fuck it up

also i think this one is pretty much done ... anything jump out at anyone i should fix?

@ grayskale- thanks dude really glad ur feeling it :D

@ jiraffe- you have decent idea of the layout of the track and how u want it to progress, just take time to find the rite sound and dnt clog things up with to many, keep it basic imo,and try use effects like reverb etc, keep at it fella...my gf liked it,props lol

@ Havokdubs-really really good tune man, dunno wat else you wanna add to that maybe some vocals but even then id keep an instramental version, wobbly stuff aint really my thing but i loved the dancefloor feel to this badboy, quality tune man fair play

@kontigobeats-love all the ideas u got workin in this tune, the synth i think u need to filter or tone down,it causing the track to sound monotanus imo, have a fiddle about with it,got shit loads of potential tho,big up

@ wwmmo- i quite liked the intro to be fair thought it sounded well nice, think you could have worked the intro into drop a little different, still sounded good tho,my only criticism is that it needs some variety, maybe switch the bass up and drop in some more elements of your own

Thanks to all of you for commenting on my track and listening, really glad u were all feeling it and you's have put me in a really good mood for today, cheers folks! :D :D

@tripwire: Nice chilled tune coming on there, liking it so far a lot.

@jsaxton: Big drops, the wobs seem to hang though if you get me maybe some more LFO automation, such a shade, to keep the cohesion, keep it flowing....nice idea with the hip hop vocals though,

nice one homie, i'm a fan of the clean sine + square lead sound, and you did it proper.
Get the mix sitting a bit more pretty and this would be a winner
also, feels like it should drop a BIG sine bass, or some heavy weight right where i commented
did you clear out any high frequency zones? cymbals and some synths feel a bit bright for my taste in some spots

Loving the harmonies section @ 1.50 too, spot on man.

not a terrible production, but it seems that way when compared to that perfect original.
need to spend a bit more time sculpting your clean sine bass, just so that it stays more constant and noticable. Volume seems to jump between notes. Might be velocities too though.
Pretty much impossible to recreate the skreamy drums, though. the guy must have a formula or program or template, because he has that signature reverbed clap thats in half or more of his songs.
Do something original mate, production skills are there :)

i like the tune dude
didnt expect that kind of drum pattern @ 1.16, thought it was leading into a doubletime section
sound effects or a vocal loop can make or break this track.

(also, are you using Oddity for the unsynced wobble bassline? if so MORE OF THIS)

this aint no regular Brostep!!
Love the swing patterns, but maybe tighten up or lengthen the release on the drums and hats, make it more rhythmically suitable and fit better in the bass

For real though, get this done. I want to hear it

That just flows perfectly, could probably go on for another 5 minutes and not get boring...

LOVE THIS.
that relaxed breaksteppy drum pattern is off the hook!
for the intro, i feel like there should have been a different kit entirely, maybe not even a Kick+Snare centric setup
As for the crushed bits of melody, these are great. I kept waiting for a big loud slow downsampling sweep that never came. :i:

rides and hats are a bit loud also, but thats preference.
would sound good both ways
