Well, if you haven't tried this already, get a synth with at least 3 sawtooth oscillators. Detune them slightly from one another. Maybe put one of them an octave below the rest, for this particular synth. Give the amp envelope a short-but-not-too-short attack.
If your synth has a unison effect, add that and fiddle with it as well.
Not sure about filters; doesn't sound highly filtered to me, but maybe there's some resonance? So, I think there is a low-pass filter, but go easy on it, and don't use an envelope that really stands out.
Set the synth to monophonic or legato (legato is preferable if you have the option), and give it some portamento.
There's a faint "wobbling" to that synth. Try using a fast, shallow LFO on the amplitude or filter cutoff--another other option might be modulating the phase of the oscillators? Not sure. Either way, if your synth supports this, give the LFO a bit of a delayed start. The wobbling doesn't start right away in the YouTube example.
Lastly, add a chorus effect, maybe a saturation plugin for some warmth, and a delay. (Actually, on that note, maybe the "wobbling" is caused by a fast chorus. You might experiment with that too.)
Sorry I can't be more definite about any of this.
