Lanark A life in 4 books - Alasdair Gray.

Hands down the oddest thing i've ever read

And Catch 22 is great, one of me all time favourites

Im fifty pages in and enjoying the style, seems like its got a nice eerieness to it...

might have been the mood i was in..it didn't grab me as much as i'd hoped..

I couldnt sleep for ages after reading it. Still think about it alot and I read it 2 weeks ago! Apparently the twist is pretty blaitant but I didnt see it coming. You read Walking on glass? Got that one at the same time just not sure I wanna read it yet...

I rate Complicity as well. Though it is an incredibly disturbing book.

I'm reading "Darwin's Dangerous Idea" and it's really interesting. I know it sounds like a creationist book but it's not, it's about how evolution and natural selection are at the core of everything we know, from society to art (he likes his memes). I'd recommend it if you liked "The Selfish Gene". Now that was sweet.
