I BECAME A SNOOP DOGG MILLIIOONAAARREEEEEEE

uk and us are equally talented and very sexy, and 1 could not survive without the other

black people and white people balance out the world in a brown milky smooth mixture of love

dubstep and hip hop go back like somethin that rhymes with back n is old

can we stop fightin now and just post opinions whether it's good or bad as long as no slandering of one thing or another is involved? seriously?

He made a mistake going for eastern jam. Needs tracks made for him to rap over if it is going to work properly.

This thread should become devoted to pics of hot bi-racial women.

Someone played Snoop some dubstep, Snoop liked it so much that he rapped over Eastern Jam. Dubstep forum users split between thinking this was a big push for the community, or a slap in the face of the community.

Also, more big-name rappers to be rapping over dubstep is promised in the near future.
Cheers mate.
I can now insert my two cents.
HE'S NOT THE ONLY ONE!

I spoke to Hank Shocklee of The Bomb Squad (Public Enemy) nearly 3 years ago about dubstep and he MCed on my set, he was already well clued up and a big fan. I'm pretty sure it's been an influence on his work since then.
Also, as you may know, The Beastie Boys have named 'Lion's Paw' by Rogue State in Aprils Q Magazine as one of ten influences in their new album 'Tadlock's Glasses'.
Although Snoop is well significant, perhaps more than previous hip-hop heads, it's not a bad thing. Don't be scared, it's a sign of how far the beats have gone.
Just so I'm not gotten wrong, I do like the tune. At first listen it was a little awkward-sounding, but after a few more plays and tokes from the chalice it really started to grow on me. I been a big fan of Snoop since he broke out with Deep Cover, and in my opinion Snoop rapping over dubstep is pretty fucking cool.

I'm also very amused by the doomsayers on this thread.

Off topic- Plastician, is there somewhere that I can purchase Beg to Differ in FLAC? I usually do my tune-shopping on Digital Tunes, but yer album wasn't there when I searched for your name.

just ask yourself why snoop dogg would vocal this.

because he keeps his ear to the underground floor daily, heard some refreshing music he wants to help break through and therefore vocal'd it?

or because some guy in a suit said something along the lines of "they love it in the uk, we might as well jump on the band wagon"

and please think about it, dont be prejudgmental in either thinking "U.S + dubstep = shit" or "stop bitchin its good its getting big"

jus think WHY

i think if all the energy spent writing mindless drivel in this thread was applied to something productive we'd have achieved nuclear fusion by now.

for the love of god, it's just a tune. ONE SONG
