Doing exercising is great cos it means I don't feel guilty about coming in and eating a double layer of cheese toasted sandwich.
Or that mcdonald's last night

Take note that pulling an all-nighter, having coffee and a red bull, and then driving is not a good idea.
If this is the future, it seems highly livable: shiny, cool and comfortably dissonant. Like a low dose of ketamine in an empty, luminous airport hall in northern Japan, eating avocado and waiting for the universe to arrive.

Do I really work better/more efficient during the night, or is it just another excuse to procrastinate throughout the day

Drug charity, Free the United Kingdom from Drugs incorporating British Opposition to Metabolically Bisturbile Drugs (F.U.K.D and B.O.M.B.D) are currently warning teens of the dangers of a new deadly drug from Checkoslovakia
"Cake" is a new legal drug which first appeared in Prague. "Cake", a yellow death bullet, is a bisturbile cranabolic amphetamoid. Its active ingredient, Dimesmeric Anderson Phosphate, is a psychoactive compound which stimulates the part of the brain called "Shatner's Bassoon".
Users, or "Custard gannet" as the dealers call them are tricked in to using the drug under one of its many guises. Use your cheese box and say "no" if anyone offers you one of the following...
Looney-toad quack
Russelldust
Chronic Basildon doughnuts
Joss Ackland's spunky backpack
Bromicide
Ponce on the heath
Cool thwacks and Charlie
Argue barmies
Hattie Jacques pretentious cheese wog
Be careful, this stuff's nasty.

if you ever get the chance to see him play he's a top dj as well. I went to a Hessle labelnight last october and he outshined Pearson Sound & Ben UFO for me, loads of 140 jungle/breaks/hardcore and overall a big big set
