Finally got a pair of Grado SR60s ordered after suffering these pretty shoddy sennheisers for ages. 90 pound down though, wanna get a headphone amp too, but not spend too much on it.

Back home, am a bit sore and groggy but pretty good and the consultant said the new growth appears to be scar tissue from the previous surgery
