i love the ambient trip hop vibes on your first track. i fell right into this one for a few minutes and had to come out from the hypnotic beats afterwards
@ streetxlite
Thanks, that was one of the tracks main purposes when i was making so feedback is much appreciated there.
this track is. AWESOME!
only thing that came to mind tho was the snare cud be a lil bit louder
and it sounds unfinished? i think it needs a part where everything comes together and everything just goes on in one flow... i dont really know how to explain what i mean but needs a part where everything is going on at the same time where all things happen in a constant flow like a closure
but the sound of it you got going is really just, awesome, really liking this
heres the latest track ive been working on: Soundcloud
cheers

@ hakka - cool, that lead lacks something low mid. needs a bit more presence. good mixwise
@kontigo - love it. maybe a crisper snare. and squashed a bit more, but love it.
@sammyscribbles and bifta - comment someone elses first

@Baaan - really dig the track, but the lead i find a little grating. could be just taste but maybe you could try smoothing it out a little? the sub is killer though. Also I feel that this track could use maybe another layer or two - its got a solid structure but you've got room to give it some more hooks or ornamentation.
@nacklewicket - drums sound tight and punchy - i like them a lot, especially the break! on a whole i think this track has a very unique sound. I want to hear more of your stuff! also late morning is the perfect title for this track, really fits it
@kontingobeats - I'm liking the shuffley beat and the cut up vox quite a bit. for me the pads get a little repetitive but maybe thats what you were going for.
heres mine then, not sure what but I feel like it still needs something...
jakerobert - thanks sadly the drums are just the amen brother break eq'd/compressed and edited abit but i think it fits. im experimenting around alot so i havent really got up to "my own style" yet. but thanks really appreciated! try listening to "The Freezing Gaze" which is on my soundcloud also, its abit more in the frames of "dubstep" tho it's more minimal and bassy
i listened to your track i like it alot, what came to mind was late nights with emulators, playing sonic, earthworm jim, jazz jackrabbit and classic games like that it has a really "cartoony" feeling all over it however theres something going on with the soundlevels going up and down but i assume you did that on purpose cus it sounds good
other than that, the beat is really catchy! the high pitched synth i like, but the sound of it could use some work, im always having a hard time explaining stuff about music but, id try make it more ... 'sharp', try messing around abit with the eq on it maybe just a tad little bit of reverb? its a cool tune tho im keen to hear the full finished version!
edit: i just realized i look like a fkn douche using that many smilies
