I went to Rottun's Subsonic tour in NYC and Excision dropped a song with the vocals "Blunts get you high(er)." can anyone ID this song? it was either DuB or DnB.

it must be new, every dj dropped it caspa, emelkay, and youngsta

I have a question about a song...
It starts out kinda slow...for the first 20 or so seconds, and you can hear some dialogue between (what sounds like to me) Ren and Stimpy or some other overly animated sounding voices, saying "Did you find anything out?", and right before the music picks up with the first instrument line you can hear him say "This thing makes the coolest noises"...frequently throughout the song you will hear them say "Interesting" and "Did you find anything out?"
I know it is out of nowhere but I have searched google until I puke but cannot get the name of the damn song...
